Q.

My baby is 1 year now, tell me the diet plan for him and the time gap between the feed. He is on formula milk not on breast feed

A. After age of 1 year it is important to follow the following points and the maximum milk you can give per day is 500 ml. you have to give at least One Katori of rice product 1 Katori of Dal product 1 Katori of wheat product and 1 Katori of vegetable everyday to the child and at least two fruits every day to the child. you can make a anything any recipe from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and by giving this daily you will be providing adequate nutrition to the child you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child

A. Try And maintain a gap of at least three hours once you give a feed wait for three hours and then you give a mail to the child if you try to maintain a proper schedule according to the hunger of the child then you will know how do you have to go ahead with it and what is the right time to feed the child
