if the growth of the child is proper then there is no need to worry but if the growth of the child is not proper you will have to give nutritional supplements but only after medical examination of the child and you can go for juice extracted from fruits which will act as natural appetizer

according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr. the child may be having some infection so loss of appetite may be there

Don't force feed her Don't over feed her 
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time (don't.wake her up though)
Don't.use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350.
