Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like h gusoyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

Every child has its own genetics and the health and height is mostly dependent on that mostly height is going to be dependent on that so take the birth height into consideration and take a check it as per WHO standard you will have a better idea about it
