Q.

my baby is 1 year 8 months old. her head chest are over heating but hands and legs are normal temperature. what to do ?!

A. Hello, your baby girl is 20 months old and her head chest and back are warm and body temperature is very normal then it’s not a fever but hyper dynamic circulation

A. it need to be checked . Temperature more than 99 is fever and if it is more than 99 on 3 episode the. Give paracetamol to baby up to 4 times in a day . It may be any viral . And if remains more than 2 days then consult a doctor .
