Q.

my baby is 1 year 7 months old. her weight is 9.7kgs and height is 75cms. she is in this weight range from a very long time. she isn't gaining weight or height. please suggest.

A. Hello mom kids triple their birth weight by the age of 1 year and then yearly they gain about 2 to 4 kgs . A little variation is acceptable as far as the child is active for his age and eating well . You can give him , fresh fruit milk shakes , lentils and legumes, eggs , dry fruits and nuts , stuff paranthas, soya , panner , ghee

A. hello some kids can be slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is. not a problem and make sure to give your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet and include dairy products and dry fruits which can help on the growth of your child
