my baby is 1 year 5 months old he always suffering from gastric, if I'm not giving 2,3 days gastric medicine he got stomach pain at night and crying, not sleeping also

Medicine for stomach pain can be given that is not a problem that’s an emergency medicine and stomach pain is common in the same medicine will help but for gas related issues practically medicines should not be given but if there is situation is there that you have to give a medicine then you can give it and also you can take an assistance with your doctor
