Q.
My baby is 1 year 4 month old she is not eating food and only drink milk. We tried to feed her food but she is refusing and crying. Seeing the food plate also she starts crying.

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear mom keep adding variety to the diet of the child eat with the baby to encourage better eating habits also include three meals a day and do not run behind the baby for food also do not satisfy the hunger wit milk alone serve food in colorful plates

Hi parent please don't force feed your child please gradually increase solids in your child daily diet please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc please make different dishes for your child
