Q.
my baby is 1 year 3 months now ..I stopped her breast feeding as I was over tired at nights as she was asking for feeding every one hour...but now feeling guilty...please suggest me is it okay...as my baby lost some weight after that am worried

Honestly if you had to feed your child every one hour in the night that means your breast feeding was anyways not sufficient for the child because once your child is full day full for at least 3 to 4 hours in this case currently I would recommend you but you can go ahead with giving formula feeding there is no problem with that I don’t feel guilty is completely alright you are also human at the end of the day Yash to look at your health issues also because if you do not feel well and good enough it would be difficult for you to manage the child
