A. Hi Mom, Offer more nutritious foods to your child for healthy weight gain. Include all seasonal fruits and vegetables into your child's diet. Also add egg, fish, dals, nuts, dairy products such as ghee, butter, yogurt, milk, cheese, paneer etc. These are the more nutritious foods which can help your baby to increase her weight.
