My baby is 1 year 1 month old He is suffering from fever his body is completely shivering while having fever once I gave paracetamol syrup both fever and shivering gets stopped within 10 minutes is shivering is normal during fever.. climate is also too chill here

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dotse as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is rhepeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
