Q.

my baby is 1 year 1 month old. but her weight is 8.5kg is it Normal weight can u suggest for proper food diet for weight gain process

A. Dear mum, for healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Continue to breastfeed and give milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give 4 to 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time.

A. You should be somewhere around 12 kgs as of now the child a little under way but that’s okay you can increase the amount of veg or non-veg protein for the child and I think that’s going to be good enough for you to increase the weight gain over the period for the childWrite Your Answer Here
