my baby is 1 y 1 m old. suddenly temperature increases for sometimes and cools down. can you please tell me the reafon

A. if the temperature goes beyond 199 degree fahrenheit then you can take it as fever otherwise nothing to worry just make the child comfortable in the room in a proper temperature
