A. Hello dear parent! Latch the baby well to your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. If required take the help of a lactation expert. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
