Q.

My baby is 1 month old, his birth weight was 3.46 kg and now he’s at 3.35 kg. He’s exclusively on breastfeed. Is it a cause of concern? How to increase his weight?

A. Yes Maam it is a concern in fact her child has lost weight rather than gaining so it is a big matter of concern you should actually start giving formula to the child seems like your ex exclusive breastfeeding is not good should actually start giving exclusive formula feed to the child for overall weight gain and development of your child
