my baby is 1 month old and he takes very much effort to pass gas and sometimes he cries.is it normal ??

Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Avoid gassy food in your diet like potato beans
Take a good care
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food to increase your milk supply
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
