My baby is 1 month old and he is doing 5- 6 motions daily also he is becoming thin..what should i do to make him healthy

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and 5-6 times poop is normal a in this age. and please give your baby breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months and it is total food for a baby. and also after birth baby loose some weight. take care
