my baby is 1 month and 22 dats old now his right eye is always wet and redness around the eye is this for heat or something else?

A. kindly maintain hygiene of the eyes and clean it with with clean water. normally simple secretions / allergy redness should not occur again and again.d use hygienic cloth as well as your hands should be clean when coming in contact with the child eyes if the child's eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular discharge coming out you have to meet the doctor. do not use any drops witout medical consultation z
