My baby is 1 month 5 days old, please suggest me what food should I take? What I should not eat?

A. Dear mum, you can eat all seasonal vegetables and fruits including green leafy vegetables. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Avoid excess high sugary, oily and processed foods especially if weight is on the higher side.
