My baby is 1 month 3 days old ,he has fair skin but today small white dots appearing on his chiks ?is it a big problem?

It Maybe due to some dryness on the screen you get it checked with your doctor because this I cannot tell you as to what will be the correct reason behind it but these things are, and sometimes they could be due to deficiency of calcium also better get it checked to have a clarity on it
