my baby is 1 month & 15 days old. her weight is around 4 kg. it she ok or week?

Weight of your baby is good dear. Generally babies get their weight thrice by 1 year and twice by 6 month of their birth weight.
Continue breastfeeding till 6 months exclusively and don't forget to give burp after every feed. Start giving semi-solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month
