my baby is 1 month 14 days how to know my breast milk is sufficient or not?

A. hello you can check on the babies urine count and if it is minimum 6 to 8 times means the baby is getting sufficient breast milk and you can also check on baby wait and baby gaining a minimum of 120 grams to 150 grams per week then it means babies getting sufficient breast milk and if it is not then you can alternatively be giving your child infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like babyhug
