Q.

my baby is 1 and half month old, not gaining his weight , he is having dexolac formula milk,, due to low milk supply from breast, and he weights 3kg currently.

A. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also. the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking breastfeeding. meet the doctor for weight ascsessment. if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate breastfeeding
