my baby is 1.8 yr old and he is having multiple, non itchy, red rashes on his legs. I m applying candid B ointment from last few days but no response. kindly suggest

Try applying Clocip powder which is anti fungal and bacterial in nature. Make sure not to use any soap on that area. Use besan by adding little milk and turmeric powder instead of soap if needed.
Also you can apply fresh aloe vera gel there. Maintain proper hygiene.
