please visit your pediatrician as he or she can prescribe needed medicines after examining your child.
at home
take a clean Cotton clothe,warm water,damp the clothe in warm water ,wring out excess water from it and wrap that clothe on your Pointer finger then gently clean your child tounge and mouth with it.
maintain good hygiene
