My baby is 1.5 month old. She has one watery eye with yellow mucus.I have consulted with many doc but no relief. I have done warm compresses also. Pls suggest

A. if you are giving mother's milk no need to give any medicines do not worry about the colour consistency of the school babies passing they will not be unsues of any infection
