My baby is 1.5 month old he is having green patches on his tongue. What should I do?

Green patches are never heard of on the tongue of a 1.5 month old child please check with your doctor ones and they will tell you what’s the reason and what’s the solution to it as of now clean the tongue of your child after every feed and also when you give a bath clean it with a silicon tongue cleaner
