my baby is 1.10months old know n her weight is 9.5 to 10 kilos is it normal or it is less?

It should be approximately 11 KG is why the age of 18 months and 12 by the age of two years so looking at the current age of the child I will say this is little under rate which is why I would recommend you to kindly consult your doctor regarding this they will be able to give me a sufficient help
