Q.
my baby is 1 &1/2 month old girl child..she breastfeed sometimes 2,3or4 hrly..5to 10 minutes at a time..is it okay..bcz I have to discard rest of milk

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. try to feed for 20 minutes from each side as baby will get good amount of hindmilk and the hunger of the baby is satisfied make sure the urine output is 6 to 8 times a day which indicates adequate milk intake

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Take a good care
Give fresh milk every time
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
