Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi if Child is slim that doesn't mean ki child is not healthy. please don't judge your child Health from physical appearance only. if a child is happy and active, gains enough weight, there is no need to worry about his physical appearance.
