My baby I s 6 months old and she weighs only 6kg and has not exactly doubled his birth weight also(300gm short of it). I am worried as his weight gain is very slow..how can I fasten his weight gain so he is able to triple birth weight by his 1year. I am breastfeeding and have started 3meals of solids

A. Hi mom Yes, the weight gets double the birth weight by five months. If ur baby is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much. Nothing to worry if the weight is 300 gms less. Take care
