My baby hold potty how to problem slow?

A. hello parent your kids 2 year 9 months old and is notice to have constipation u may guve dietary rich in seasonal fruits , apple banana papaya etc along with fibre rich diet like ragi oats, give more oral fluids , if still persistent u may give lactulose syp or oral pegaftwr consult your doctor

A. U Have to teach your child to go potty as and when the child feels the pressure because if your child will try to hold it every now and then then it is going to be very hard for your child to pass motion and it will be really painful as well
