Q.
My baby hit his head on ceiling very hard , while I trying to put him on shoulder, but he didn’t cried after that , he vomitted once , he is very playful and active, ? I am worried about any internal injuries to my baby

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done toyi find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine andj evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
