My baby hit ceiling very hard when I was trying to pick him up, he didn’t cried after that , but he vommited once at night while crying , I am worried about any internal injuries to my baby head?? He is very playful and active

try comforting the baby rub the head back..
make the baby sleep the baby will forget..
check well if any severe cut ..
reach the doctor immediately
