Q.

My baby head feels hot but rest of the body feels normal. Temperature also showing 98.3 , sometimes her feet n hands also feel hot What to do ? Is this fever ?

A. Only when the temperature touch is 99° that is when it is fever below that it is a normal body temperature is it completely normal as of now a little bit of warm temperature is considered very normal with kids till the time the temperature is below 99
