my baby he is 4months old he always want to sit if we keep him in lying position he crys alot..so now his head he is tilting towards only right side.. is this sign of tension..can I do something to upright his neck

A. most of the babies by the end of 6 months of age will be in a position to sit with support and they can't sit without support after 8 months of age ever baby is only for months
