my baby having green mucus coming since last two days with 101 on and off fever and even it may be coming from her eyes also. what is the cause and how to stopped?

give her indirect steam inhalation.
give sinarest drops for time being, feed a tsp of honey woth done tulsi juuce,it willhelp her.
you may also apply baby vicks on chest back n bottom of feet.
