my baby having diahoria from last night.now she has 101 fever.when i offer her milk she vomits. can i gave her medicines of fever in empty stomach?

A. don't give fever medication empty stomach can take little amount of khichdi semolina porridge broken wheat Dalila, before that and keep giving ORS and enterogermina , zinc supplement if he is having diarrhoea
