My baby have these little white bumps around her eyes and sometimes all over face from long time, may I know if I need to consult a dermatologist for this please

A. hi have you attached any image? sorry but I m not getting it but from the description ,it seems like your child is having milia usually they are harmless and clear up by own so as such no need to worry
