my baby have skin issue in back... is it sun burn or due to heat... plz suggest

These are white patches they are not because of sunburn this is probably due to some kind of a deficiency your skin related problem only like so and you can also check for fungal infection or dryness but it looks more or less like a skin related problem only I think it’s best in the interest as of now to consult your doctor once
