my baby have runny nose

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes around the child.
For cold you can give syp maxtra /wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2 to 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly.
Indirect steam can also be given.
For fever and pain give paracetamolx
Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink. .
For wet xcoughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello you can put nasal drop and also use instant rub from babyhug which is affective and in regards to the medicine it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly which would be better and also safe and nothing to worry
