Q.

my baby have one wound on her mouth it is just like pimple what I can do for it

A. the ulcer may be because of vitamin deficiency For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. Since your baby is too small to do ant self medication . please consult your pediatrician by physical examination he or she will suggest you for the same.meanwhile maintain hygeine and dont touch it
