my baby have one tiny teeth visible again he started crying and having low grade fever

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. It happens due to pain and irritation in gums and if body temperature is around 100F then give calpol drops abd massage gums with a clean finger abd start giving calcarea phos to the baby
