Q.
My baby have fever from last three days .she has also cold and dry cough...when I gave fever medicine her fever came down after some hours it again up..101+. I gave her medicine from last 4 days .For fever I give meftal,for cold and cough I give tixylix and xyzal.. yesterday doctor add antibiotic also for her.what to do .pls suggest why she is not recovered
