Q.
my baby have constipation issue i tried everything giving him pear giving more water frequently avoid food which creat stool hard any solution ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician5 months agoA. till 1 year if age constipation is common in infants, give her more of fiber rich fruits n veggies, feed some water after meals to soften stool. offer her well vooked food.
