My baby hasn’t pooped in 4 days. He’s mainly on breast feed.

Meraj afreenMom of a 1 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hey how are you? Hope baby and you are doing good. That’s okay if baby hasn’t pooped in 4 days if he/ she is on breast feeding. My baby also started passing motion once a week after he was two and half months old and he is now 3 months and is still the same. I got to know from my family and friends circle that it’s okay and it happens till 5 or 6 months. I even tried changing my diet drinking more water, even consulted doctor she gave drops as well but tbh nothing worked. He will poop when he wants to when his body is ready. If he gets too uncomfortable passing gases I suggest mama earths tummy roll on. You can read about it on google . Search “ my breast fed baby hasn’t pooped in 4 days”

lie your baby down and gently move their legs like they're riding a bicycle – this can help get things moving. if your baby is happy lying down, give them a gentle tummy massage. if your baby is also having formula, try giving them extra water between some feeds.
