Q.
My baby hasn't pooped from last 48 hrs and he turned 7 weeks tomorrow. Should I be concerned because he was passing atleast 2-3 poops everyday before at consistent times. Sometimes 1 poop in 24 hr definitely. He is peeing as usual, having regular wet diapers. Taking regular feed but passing lot of gas.
