Q.
my baby hasn't gone for poop since 2days ..and he is been releasing gas..is this constipation should I be worried...#AskTheExpert

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. leakage of stool while passing flatus and some stool is normal. the occurs usually due to decreased muscles strength in the anal sphincter of the child and the strength will improve with increasing age of the child.
so the child may pass stool like wise more than 20 times per day adlso which is totally normal.

No need to worry
Its all normal and common
No stool till seven to eight days is considered as normal at this age
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs regularly it also help baby to make muscle stronger and to reduce gas and constipation
