My baby has white colour spots on her face. Is it because of vitamin deficiency?

do apply coconut oil over it.. for further advice consult with ur paediatrician..

yes it could be
but not necessary to have this ,it could be fungal Infection or dry skin problem too
so if it is increasing , please visit your pediatrician
