A. ease the pain, apply ice-packs gently on the site of the shot. This will help to soothe the inflammation. For this, take an ice-cube and rub it over your palms. Now gently pat on the injection site.never rub the ice cube directly on the baby's skin. You can ease the infant's post-vaccination pain n fever by giving paracetamol drops. Most often the doctor would prescribe paracetamol drops to ease the pains. Never give it to the child without asking your child's doctor.

A. You can keep ice pack for ice cube on to the area where the swelling is because of vaccination it is going to settle down over the period do it 5 to 6 times in the day and fever is there you can go ahead with giving Calpol to the child which is what is going to help in controlling temperature also you can do cold sponging that will also help
