A. Vomiting is common in babies don't worry burp the baby after feed and don't make him lie down immediately after the burp let him be on the shoulders for another few minutes
For nose congestion foment the baby's ears nose and throat and chest with a warm cotton cloth but please check the cloth on your skin first and keep the baby warm and ears covered
For umbilical hernia our elders used to suggest to a tie a coin on the navel with a thread I suggest no harm in trying it

A. you please keep in touch with your child pediatrician.. for better suggestion n medicine
for vomiting... Stop feeding him if he begins turning away from your breast, biting, fussing or putting his hands in mouth.. that means he don't want more milk...
stop feeding when they are crying.. because they observe more air n later they vomit remining extra milk...
burp your baby during feeding also..
call your baby's pediatrician if hia vomiting continue after week also
make sure there is no pressure on his stomach after feed... keep your baby upright for 30 minutes after a feeding and burping him continuously...
Or Hold the baby against your body with his head resting on your shoulder. Support his bottom with one hand and gently pat or rub his back..

A. vommitting is normal in small baby..
this is not due to hernia..
Spitting and Vommitting are very normal...
especially in small babies..as their reflux system is still developing...
so it can send back the milk.. sometimes even through nose as mouth and nose are internally connected...
it's normal..
So please burp him regularly before, during and after the feed.. also keep him in the upright position for some time even after the burping..
also don't over feed him.. some baby keep on sucking for comfort .. this lead to overfed..
Also keep a watch on what you're eating..
Also the baby vomit during the cold and cough as like we adults they cannot spit out the phulgum, so they Vomit it out... So vomiting during cough and cold is also common... So check for cold and cough too
if the Frequency of vomiting is very high then please consult the pediatrician regarding the same
